He understands, navigates and networks across diverse organizations, cultures and nationalities. Swedish born, Henrik lived in the UK, Switzerland, Scandinavia, USA and Belgium.
He has held senior human resources roles across Europe, Middle East and Africa, including global Chief HR of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and in charge of HR for Europe of LVMH's champagne and spirits division.
